The class has now completed the Tai Chi 24 form for the third time.

This is an ideal time for beginners to join our small and friendly group.

Our class has now moved to a new hall (see home page) and we are very happy to be at our new venue.

We have started our annual 'Tai chi in the park' on Saturday mornings at 8.00am again, in Millhouses park, Sheffield 7.

We meet at 8.00am outside the park cafe, and everyone is welcome to join us.

Please note that there are no classes on Sunday 22nd, and Sunday 29th June!
